Payment Terms DLC Payable at sight

Yard Visit: If requested the customer (or customer’s official representative) can

be present at the time of loading of the goods to verify the quantity and quality being loaded.

Inspection. In addition the quality, quantity, weight inspection of goods can also be confirmed on a certificate issued by the independent international survey Company at Buyer’s expense.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

1) Buyer confirms their interest with LOI and full banking details

2) Seller issues PROFORMA INVOICE with full Banking details.

3) Buyer accepts and agrees the terms and conditions of the Proforma Invoice by counter signature & companies seal and returns to the seller.

4) Buyer issues the agreed bank Payment Instrument

5) Immediate Shipment commence as per Proforma Invoice and Buyer attends loading.
